This interesting property comprises two separate one bedroom kalivis (traditional stone cottages) set around a central pool. The kalivi above the pool is about eighty years’ old and has been tastefully renovated internally to provide a small air conditioned sitting room, kitchen and shower/wc on the ground floor and open stairs leading to the bedroom.
Down from the pool is the second, newer, single storey kalivi. The entrance leads into the air conditioned sitting room, with the kitchen to the right and the double bedroom to the left which also has the shower/wc.
The peaceful setting has views across the forested mountainside. The nearest beach at Agnondas, which also has tavernas and a mini-market, is approximately 8km or a 20 minute drive away. Skopelos Town is the same distance.
