This charming and very cosy cottage is located high up on the hillside above Skopelos town. It is only a short drive to the town with all its amenities and in addition to this, Kentavros Cottage enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, the village below and the sea beyond.

PROPERTY LOCATION

Kentavros is one of 3 cottages situated in the area of Pefkias above Skopelos Town. The 3 cottages are completely detached and private from eachother, and they all have seperate driveways, entrances and pool terraces. The beautiful mountains covered in pine forests and the many old donkey tracks in the area inspire to hikes and mountain biking and the views from the cottages are beautiful. Skopelos Town is only approx. 10 min drive from the cottages and the nearest beach, Limnonari, is approx. 10 min away in the opposite direction.

EXTERIOR

The entrance to Villa Kentavros is through a lovely wooden gate and leads to the courtyard and pool terrace. The stone paved terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas offer plenty of opportunities for sunbathing throughout the day and the spacious terrace at the front of the cottage enjoys breathtaking views of the green valley leading down to the village and sea below. There is also a lovely sitting area at the back of the cottage where many lovely hours are likely to be spent at the BBQ area where dining table and chairs are ready for al fresco dining. The cottage is painted in warm earthen colours giving it a distinct and inticing atmospheare.

At the side of the cottage there is a small garden area and a door leading to the grounds of the second cottage, Pegasus. This door is usually closed, but can be opened in case a larger party would like to rent both cottages and enjoy holidaying together while still having the luxury of a private pool property.

INTERIOR

The interior of Kentavros Cottage is also kept in warm island colours which make the experience truly cosy and welcoming.

Entering the living room it is obvious that the owners of the cottages have spent time and effort to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable with great attention to detail. The cosy sitting area has 2 comfortable sofas and a sofabed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children and is furnished and decorated in a beautiful country style.  Double french doors opens to the front terrace with lovely views over the green mountains to the village and sea.

Off the living room is an open plan country kitchen and a small WC. Through the kitchen is the bedroom with wrought iron double bed and en-suite bathroom with washing machine and this room also has double doors leading to the front terrace.
