This beautiful little cottage is located high up on the hillside above Skopelos town. It is only a short drive to the town with all its amenities and in addition to this, Pegasus Cottage enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, the village below and the sea beyond.

PROPERTY LOCATION

Pegasus is one of 3 cottages situated in the area of Pefkias above Skopelos Town. The 3 cottages are completely detached and private from eachother, and they all have seperate driveways, entrances and pool terraces. The beautiful mountains covered in pine forests and the many old donkey tracks in the area inspire to hikes and mountain biking and the views from the cottages are beautiful. Skopelos Town is only approx. 10 min drive from the cottages and the nearest beach, Limnonari, is approx. 10 min away in the opposite direction.

EXTERIOR

From the private driveway the entrance gate leads into the pool area of Pegasus Cottage. The pool terrace is very private and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for long lazy days enjoying the mountain views and within easy reach of a cooling swim. At the side of the cottage there is a lovely simple outdoor kitchen with BQ and marble sink  – perfect for preparation of BBQ meals to be enjoyed al fresco under the shady pergola.

INTERIOR

The main living area of Pegasus Cottage comprises of the open plan living room/kitchen area. The living room area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and connected to a fully equipped country kitchen with a small dining area. The cottage is held in warm earthen colours and the decoration of the cottage has been caringly done by the owner,s adding charm and cosyness to the property. Off the kitchen is the spacious WC/shower room and stairs from the kitchen area leads up to the bedroom with lovely views over the green mountains.

Pegasus Cottage is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic and relaxing base for their holiday or for 2 couples or small families travelling together who would like to live side-by-side and yet enjoy the luxury of a private pool cottage.
